Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, JIJ 95323 <br />Bear Sue: <br />-’e have rcviev.od the above referenced subdivision requests and offer the <br />following conments. <br />LedStrom: Since both lots will liave riparian shoreland, and access <br />to Lake Classen will necessitate crossing the riparian wetland, we sriggest <br />a restriction be dreifted to grant access to both lots along their mutual <br />boundary. This will eliminate the need for two accesses, and would result ‘ <br />in less impact to the lake and wetleuid. Additionally any alteration of the <br />wetland would require a permit. <br />-Kastner: .yJe have no objections to the subdivision as proposed, provided <br />.yther^faeflan lot (lot 2) has ripeorian access rights.
