2J0TICB OP PUBLIC HEARING VILIAGB OP ORONO, 2<T!JN>-;30TA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Villase Council of the Village of Orono, Minnesota, will meet at the Hill Elementary School in said Village on Monday, December 1, 1969 at 8:30 P.M., C5T, for the x^urpose of conducting a public hearing on the proposed construction of 1969LS-2 and 1969L'ty-2. an improvement consisting of £ani^tajyf sewer laterals (1969L3-2) and water laterals (1969L’‘‘/-2) *iri or adjacent to The areas hereinafter described as ‘the areas proposed to be assessed* The estimated cost of 1969LS-2 is $122,000, the estimated cost of 1969LW-2 is $80,000, and cost of lift station $11,000. The area proposed to be assessed for 1969LS-2 and 1969LW-2 is all situated in Hennepin County and described as followsi All that land abutting, adjacent to, or in the vicinity of the following streets and described property: Commencing at the MB corner of the SE^, Section 36, Township 118 N, Range 23 W, thence W along the H line of said SEi to the NW corner of the Hill-O-Way Manor plat, thence S along W line of said plat to a point on the S right-of-way line of the Minnesota-V/estern Railway thence SBly along said S right-of-way line to the NW corner of the Alio Rae Terrace plat thence o along W line of said pi at to the S line of the SE^ of said Section 36 thence B along 3 line of the SBi of Section 36 to the SB corner of said i section thence N along the B line of the said SBj of Section 36 to the point of beginning.
