The area proposed to be assessed for 1969LS-2 f, 1969J.VI-2, is all situated in Hennepin County and described as follows: All that land abutting, adjacent to, or in the vicinity of the following streets and described property; Commencing at the NE corner of the SE?», Section 36, Township 118 N, Range 23 V/, thence W along the N line of said SEJj to the Nlf corner of the Hill-O-V/ay Manor plat, thence S along W line of said plat to a point on the S right-of-way line of the Minnesota-Western Railway thence SEly along said S right-of-way line to the Nif corner of the Alio Rae Terrace plat thence S along W line of said plat to the S line of the SE?i of said Section 36 thence E along S line of the SE^ of Section 36 to the SE corner of said h section thence N along the B line of the said SEJ< of Section 36 to the point of beginning.
