y- <br /># <br />9 *4 <br />IBS <br />MINUTES OF A PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON JULY 24, 1978 <br />PAGE 4 <br />Ttiis item was reviewed as a Sketch Plan Review. <br />Both Mr. Popov and Mr. Poisson were present, <br />but only Mr. Poisson made any comments. Ihe <br />Planning Commission noted that the area was not <br />staked and the members had difficulty orientating <br />themselves to the proposal. Major concern was <br />the drainageway and how the access easement would <br />affect it. Staff also stated they would need more <br />detailed topographical data before the engineer <br />could review the easement proposal and that soil <br />testing would have to be done on the back parcel. <br />This subdivision will also require formal platting. <br />Staff will review the Filbrandt property before <br />preliminary review. <br />A Public Information Meeting will be scheduled for <br />August 28, 1978. <br />This item was reviewed as a Sketch Plan Review. <br />Mrs. Hollander and Mr. Knutson, the engineer, <br />were present. They presented a new map showing <br />Lot 3 as having two acres dry buildable instead <br />of the 1.7 acres previously submitted. The <br />current proposal is to do the division in two <br />phases; <br />Phase I - West parcel to be divided into eight <br />lots plus a remaining outlot. <br />Phase II - East parcel plus the Phase I outlot <br />be divided into seven lots to complete <br />the division. <br />Discussion included the desire for a private road <br />with no direct access on County Road 6, a temporary <br />cul-de-sac and an easement to the City of the <br />continuation of the proposed road through the east <br />parcel. Mrs. Hollander proposed that the existing <br />rental house would eventually be included in with <br />her lot and used as a guest house. <br />McDonald corrected the Minutes as follows: Page 1, <br />Paragraph 2 - Vote should read: Ayes (3), Abstained <br />(1) Wilson^ motion passed. <br />Hannah moved to approve the Minutes as corrected. <br />Motion seconded by McDonald and passed unanimously. <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M. <br />POPOV/POISSON <br />4080/4010 Bayside Rd, <br />SUBDIVISION <br />(15^410) <br />■ <br />MRS.
