Tom Jacobs explained the request <br />and stated he had the Affidavit of Publication <br />and Certificate of Mailing. Mr. Ankeny was <br />present. No public in attendance. MEETING <br />1.1 <br />7:50 P.M. - 8:10 P.M. <br />Hamnerel Joined the'meeting.8:05 P.M. <br />Due to the mislabeling of the Noll property <br />as belonging to Hamm, there was some confusion <br />regarding staff's recommendation that approval <br />be contingent upon legal combina^^on of Tracts <br />A &B. After further discussion and clarification <br />of the ownership, Hannah moved that the Planning <br />Commission approve this subdivision contingent on <br />the legal combination of Tracts A & B by Mr. Noll. <br />Motion seconded by Wilson. Vote: Ayes (5), <br />Nays (0), Motion passed. * <br />"Mr, and Mrs. Matchett were present. Discussion GEORGE MATCHETT <br />was that this was in keeping with the surrounding 4055 Elm Street <br />area. Concerns were also expressed regarding <br />the culvert and requested that approval be <br />contingent upon culvert approval by the City. <br />Wilson moved to approve this vairance for lot <br />area and lot width as it is consistent with <br />the neighborhood and the hardship being no <br />additional land is available, contingent <br />upon legal lot combination, approval of driveway <br />and culvert by the City Public Works Supervisor <br />end that no setback variances be granted for <br />the building, ^fotion seconded by Hannerel. <br />Vote: Ayes (5), Nays (0).
