She requested that the Item be tabled <br />until we hear from her. He also stated that an <br />error was made In the original request as listed <br />In the memo - the requested size Is 792' not 1092'. <br />McDonald made the motion to table this Item. <br />Motion seconded by Hurr. Vote: Ayes (6), <br />Nays (0), motion passed. <br />BILL FOX <br />1095 West Femdale <br />VARIANCE <br />(#395) <br />Mr. and Mrs. Elss were present. Alan Olson <br />stated what was requested. The proposal Is <br />to add on to the existing cabin, rebuild <br />the cabin Into a two car garage, aixl have <br />the driveway go around to the existing two <br />car garage. The main discussion was concerning <br />the amount of hardcover and drainage. All <br />of the conqileted building would meet the minimum <br />10 ft. side setback requirement. It was also <br />stated that the lot drainage Including all <br />driveway drainage flows to the road and not to <br />the lake. Hammerel moved that the Planning <br />Commission approve the variance of lot size, <br />lot width and hardcover based on the proposal <br />submitted tonight Including the driveway, due <br />to hardship of no additional available land <br />and noting that hardcover Is mitigated because <br />much of the drainage Including all driveway <br />drainage flows to the road and not to the lake. <br />Motion seconded by Hurr. The request <br />Is for a family room addition. Rear yard <br />setback required Is 100' proposed setback Is <br />only 77'* leaving 23 ft. (23% variance). <br />Hardship Is the present location of the home <br />making this the only applicable place for an <br />addition. Wetlands setback Is met. No designated <br />wetlands are on his property. Hurr moved to grant <br />this variance as no more property Is available. <br />Motion seconded by Hammerel.
