MINUTES OF A PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON JUNE 26, 1978 <br />PAGE 3 <br />Wilson made the motion that the rezonlng request <br />be denied as the dock configuration presented <br />with the rezonlng application was found to <br />Infringe tspon the rights of the Owner of Lots <br />24 & 25 and cause hardship to him. Motion <br />seconded by Frahm. Vote: Ayes (6), Nays (0), <br />motion passed. <br />Hassel announced this was the time for a public <br />hearing on the subdivision for Paul Eriglund. <br />Alan Olson stated he had the Affidavit of <br />Pidsllcatlon and the Certificate of Mailing. <br />Mr. Englund was present but had no comments. <br />No public were In attendance. Both lots <br />meet zoning requirements Involved and are <br />over foxir acres should future subdivision <br />be desired. Staff has no problems with this <br />siibdlvlslon, but Is waiting for septic system <br />test results. Public Meeting was closed at <br />8:25 P.M. Hurr made a motion to approve this <br />subdivision conditioned upon verification of <br />adeqiiate septic system, approval of access <br />for driveway from the County and the payment <br />of the park dedication fee. Motion seconded <br />by McDonald. Vote: Ayes (6), Nays (0), motion <br />passed. <br />STUBBS BAY MARINA <br />(James McCleary) <br />3445 Bayslde Rd. <br />REZONING <br />(#390) <br />PUBLIC HEARING (Cont.) <br />PAUL ENGLUND <br />980 No. Shore Dr. W. <br />SUBDIVISION <br />(#385) <br />PUBLIC INFORMATION <br />MEETING 8:21 P.M. <br />Hassel announced this was the time for a public <br />hearing on the Road Vacation request for Richard <br />Putnam. Alan Olson stated he had the Affidavit <br />of Publication and the Certificate of Mailing. <br />Mr. Putnam was not present at this time and no <br />public were In attendance so the public meeting <br />was closed at 8:30 P.M. The "road" Is a portion <br />of Mr. Putnam's yard which was vacated many years <br />ago but which apparently was never properly <br />recorded. Frahm moved to approve this application <br />as It Is Just a housekeeping request. Motion <br />seconded by Hannerel.
