MINUTES OF A PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON APRIL 24, 1978 <br />Mr. and Ifrs. Konerza were present. They advised <br />the Planning Connnlsslon that due to rain they <br />could not provide septic testing and requested <br />tabling of the variance application. <br />McDonald moved and Hammerel seconded to table <br />this Item. Motion: Ayes (6), Nays (0), motion <br />carried. <br />McDonald moved and Hannah seconded approval of <br />the minutes of the March 13, 1978 Planning <br />CouHnlsslon meeting. Motion: Ayes (6), Nays (0), <br />motion carried. <br />Mr. Stlelow was present at this meeting. The <br />fl^^mlng Commission reviewed a revised plan <br />datwd April 20, 1978 which appeared to resolve <br />all previous problems. The County access <br />requirements are satisfactory with revised plat. <br />AI Olson noted that the access for Lots 10 & 11, <br />Block 1, should be a joint access on the common <br />property line rather than separate access points. <br />It should also be noted that this plat shows Outlot <br />A the Island lying to the southwest corner of the <br />property. This outlot Is mostly marsh land and Is <br />not separately bulldable. It Is meant to be owned <br />by Lots 5 or 6 or perhaps a combination of those <br />two lots. Hannah moved and Hammerel seconded <br />approval of the preliminary sketch plan subject to <br />receipt of engineering details of the road profile <br />and grade and septic system testing Information. <br />Mr. Stlelow was Informed that a public Information <br />meeting would be scheduled to review the preliminary <br />plat. <br />The sketch plan of Philip Rusclano was tabled as <br />the applicant was not present.
