MINUTES OF A PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON APRIL 24, 1978 <br />wai™n Hassel. Conmiissloner Hurr was absent. <br />present in place of Hank <br />Munich, Zoning Administrator, who was ill. <br />attendance <br />7:30 P.M. <br />Chairman Hassel announced this was the time and <br />place for a Public Information Meeting on the <br />petition of Joseph Whitney. The City Planner <br />Notice of Public Meeting and the <br />Affidavit of Publication. Mr. Whitney was <br />present as well as the following neighbors: <br />^eve Raster, Denny Kumlin, and Joe Wiswell. <br />The plats, dated 3-17-78, were reviewed. It was <br />noted that they consisted of 7 lots all exceeding <br />the minimum 2-acre, 200* width requirement. Ihe <br />neighbors questions were in regard to the existing <br />niiriS the location of homesites <br />ditches, as well as the location of the <br />ulldlng on Lot #3 which is an odd shape. Jim Olson, <br />lira's'"®® present and he noted that he had <br />A^ recommended preliminary approval. <br />record the County <br />Highway Engineer s recommendations concerning the <br />1oo!m wherein a possible alternate access <br />location along the north property line would provide <br />**^®tances than the proposed location, <br />Th! proposed location would be acceptable. <br />The Public Hearing was closed at 7:47 P.M. There <br />was tother discussion as to the recoimnendatiorof <br />not Highway Engineer and regarding whether or <br />rlL^ I r® buildable. The Planning Commission <br />recomended approval of the preliminary plat subject <br />to the following items: plating of the road and^ <br />drainage easements as outlets; completion of a develooers <br />greement for the road and drainage construction; removal <br />of fisting driveway when the new road is created- com <br />pletion of septic system testing prior to final plat <br />no^ri’ dedication fee, and orter <br />Motion by Hannah, seconded by Hammerel, mot^n carried unanimously. ^ <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />7:30 P.M. <br />JOSEPH WHITNEY <br />780 Old Crystal Bay <br />SUBDIVISION <br />(#360)
