minutes of a planning commission meeting held march 27, 1978 - PAGE 4 <br /># <br />6) <br />7) <br />8) <br />o 10) <br />11) <br />The construction of the road be approved by <br />the City Engineer and that the road be a <br />20 ft. wide gravel surface with 2 ft. of <br />sodded surface and drainage ditches on <br />either side; and <br />The cul-de-sac have a diameter of 100 ft. <br />and the private roads be 60 ft. wide with <br />an underlying easement to the City; and <br />A variance be granted to move the fence <br />on the wetlands; and <br />A 27 ft. variance be granted on Lot 13, <br />Block 1 and the lot line be moved 1% ft. <br />to the north to allow for the existing <br />bam and garage; and <br />A 24 ft. variance be granted on Lot 19, <br />Block 1 to allow for the existing metal <br />shed; and <br />Payment of the park dedication fee; and <br />A variance be granted to allow for the <br />construction of a 6 ft. dock on Lots 7 <br />and 16, Block 1, but that there be no dock <br />to benefit Lot 6, Block 1; and <br />Exhibit T be modified in accordance with the <br />City Engineer's recommendations; and <br />A. side yard variance be granted on Lot 19, <br />Block 1 to allow for the existing bam; and <br />Conservation easement over the wetlands <br />addressed to the City; <br />Technical matters such as private easements, <br />on-site acceptability, legal document language <br />and provisions to implement policy to be <br />approved by staff. <br />TIM ADAMS <br />FARM AT LONG LAKE <br />#317 <br />(con't) <br />!. - <br />H • <br />: i <br />0 <br />■f ’ ’tj. The motion passed. <br />The Zoning Administrator presented the mylar <br />of the Tanglewood Addition and reminded the <br />Commission that he sent both the preliminary <br />and final plat to them because the final plat <br />had been changed. <br />Commissioner Hassel asked if the City Engineer <br />had any questions on this. The Zoning Adminis <br />trator stated they only have comments by the <br />previous City Engineer and the MCWD which <br />indicated that the culvert be constructed to <br />provide adequate drainage. <br />JAMES LAWRENCE <br />TANGLEWOOD <br />1550 SIXTH AVENUE NO. <br />SUBDIVISION (FINAL) <br />#323 <br />O There being no further discussion. Commissioner <br />Hassel moved. Commissioner Wilson seconded, a <br />motion to recommend approval of the request by <br />James Lawrence for approval of the final plat <br />of the Tanglewood Subdivision with the same <br />conditions as are included in Resolution 866.
