The motion passed. <br />The Zoning Administrator explained that Mr. Don <br />Lindall is requesting to combine these lots and <br />waive one of the assessments. He added that the <br />Council wanted the Commission to express their <br />views on this request. <br />The Commission felt one of the structures should <br />tom down and then one of the assessments could <br />be removed. They also favored combining the two <br />lots. <br />Tlie Zoning Administrator stated these lots used a <br />^septic system in the past, and was concerned that <br />one of the residences might again use the old septic <br />system. <br />The Commission was concerned about two structures <br />on one parcel. <br />The Commission recommended approval of waiving the <br />assessments for Don Lindall with the following <br />stipulations: <br />(1) The applicant provide evidence the taxes are <br />paid on both lots; and <br />(2) The applicant provide evidence the ownership <br />is current; and <br />(3) The applicant provide evidence the two lots <br />will be combined; and <br />The existing cabin be razed; and <br />All existing septic tanks on the properties <br />be filled. <br />Chairwoman McDonald asked the Commissioners if they <br />-ould call the Village Hall by 3:30 P.M. on the day <br />"of the meeting if they cannot attend the meeting. <br />Chairwoman McDonald asked for any additions or <br />changes to the minutes of the December 5, 1977 <br />meeting. <br />ARTHUR HEINTZ <br />#345 <br />(con't) <br />DON LINDALL <br />666 TONKAWA ROAD <br />REQUEST FOR ASSMT <br />WAIVER <br />Pj.-l-r .•! <br />. v-s <br />. ■ ■■ <br />■ <br />W <br />V >■ -
