Mayor Van <br />Nest did not feel it was necessary for the revised <br />plat to be reviewed by the Commission at their <br />next meeting. He felt the conditions attached <br />to the motion could be reviewed and resolved at <br />staff level. <br />The Zoning Administrator informed the Commission <br />that A1 Olson had indicated the latest policy <br />is to defer Council action on items if any conditions <br />are not met so that all conditions are resolved <br />by the time the Council approves the resolution <br />of the final plat. <br />ll V <br />> <br />m <br />Motion - Ayes (6); Nays (0). The motion passed. <br />Mr. Rebers, Dick Kemna, his engineer, and Bill <br />Wear, property owner to the east, were present <br />The Zoning Administrator explained that this <br />property is partially zoned B-1 and partially <br />residential. The Public Hearing was held some <br />time ago, but it was only recently that he <br />received a letter from the State Highway Depart­ <br />ment regarding title to the triangular piece <br />y-valong Highway #12.
