Dbcustion: <br />This property was fonnerly two lots*I72S and 1745 Concordia Street. The new owner has <br />purchased both lots, demolished the two residences and legally combined the two lots. The new <br />residence is currently under construction. The residence meets all hardcover, setbacks, lot <br />coverage by structures and height requirements. <br />Issues for Consideration: <br />1 . Does the Planning Commission feel the cupola is in character with the neighborhood? <br />2. The cupola is decorative, not increasing living space. <br />3. The cupola does not increase hardcover or lot coverage by structures. <br />4. The new residence meets all requirements for hardcover, structural lot coverage, setbacks and <br />height. <br />S.
