It <br />notes that the fees are based on tlic land use and the area of land <br />developed. Deemise the Zoning Ordinance only allows development - <br />density to be calculated on the upland area of the property, we <br />interpret “area of land developed” to mean the developable, or upland <br />area of the properly.
