f . _____ <br />Section 2. The Municipal Code of Orono is amended by adding Section 10.53, Subd.11 to read as <br />follows: <br />“Subd. 9. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT NO. 4 - DAHLSTROM DEVELOPMENT <br />corporation PUD: <br />A.Legal Description. PUD NO. 4 is legally described as Lots I through 41, <br />inclusive. Block 1, and Outlets A, B, C, D, E, F and G, STONEBAV, <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br />B.Incorporated herein by reference are the DAHLSTROM DEVELOPMENT <br />CORPORATION PUD plans attached as exhibits to the PUD NO. 4 <br />agreements on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File <br />#02-2789/02-2840. <br />D. Allowable Uses. The uses allowed in the PUD arc as follows: <br />Outlets A and D, STONEBAY arc platted as Outlots for fiture <br />development in accordance with the uses .uided within the 2000-2020 <br />Orono Community Management Plan (CMP), and may not be used <br />until such time that they have been rezoned via the Planned Unit <br />Development process and platted into buildable Lots. <br />Outlots B and C, STONEBAY, are platted as Outlots for stormwater <br />management and utility purposes, and trail purposes only. <br />Lots I -41 inclusive. Block 1 and Outlots E, F and G, STONEBAY are <br />platted to be used for multi-family dwelling purposes subject to the <br />previsions and standards of the RPUD Residential Planned Unit <br />District and as further limited within City Council Resolution No. <br />the PUD NO. 4 Agreement on file in the Office of the <br />Zoning Administrator under File #02-2789/02-2840. Outlots E, F and <br />G shall not be developed for the approved uses until completion <br />of final platting into Lots and Blocks. <br />E.Development Standards. Development standards shall be as indicated on the <br />approved PUD General Development Plan as documented within City Council <br />Resolution No._____and the PUD NO. 4 Agreement on file in the Office <br />of the Zoning Administrator under File #02-2789/02-2840.” <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon execution by the City of Orono and <br />Dahlstrom Development Corporation of the aforesaid PUD NO. 4 Agreement, and upon City <br />approval and filing of the final plat of Phase I of STONEBAY with Hennepin County. <br />Page 2 of3
