SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF ORONO <br />AND AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN <br />OUTLOT B, WILLOW PROPERTIES ADDITION, <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />FROM RR-IB SINGLE FAMILY RURAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO <br />RPUD RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br />AND ADDING SECTION 10.53 SUBDIVISION 11 REGARDING <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT NO. 4 <br />- FILE 1102-2789/02-2840 <br />WHEREAS, the City ofOrono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has conceptually approved the <br />rcpIattingofOi tlot B, Willow Properties Addition. Hennepin County, Minnesota into Lots, Blocks <br />and Outlots within the proposed plat ofSTONEBAY, Hennepin County, Minnesota; including the <br />dedication of public road and utility rights-of-way for Kelley Parkway. Willow Drive and U.S. Trunk <br />Highway 12; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the rezoning of proposed Lots hru 41. <br />Block I and Outlots E, F and G, STONEBAY, per the findings, terms and conditions of Resolution <br />No.___adopted December 9, 2002, subject to execittion of PUD No. 4 Agreement between <br />Dahlstrom Development Corporation and the City of Orono, and subject to completion of the <br />platting of said STONEBAY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORONO <br />DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. • The Municipal Code ofOrono is amended by amending the official zoning map and <br />zoning district boundaries for the property described as follows; <br />Lots 1-41 inclusive. Block 1 and Outlots E, F and G, STONEBAY, <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br />Said property is hereby rezoned from RR-IB Single Family Rural Residential District to RPUD <br />Residential Planned Unit Development District. <br />Page 1 of3
