Staff has not had an opportunity to review these in <br />any detail. Option 1 is intended to address the issue of the unapprov^ lakeshore grade lowering <br />by raising the grade 2'just lakeward of the walkout, incorporating a short wall and step-up from <br />the walkout level. Option 2 makes use of walkout grades as they exist today. Option 3 shows <br />cross-sections of the site. <br />The applicant’s designer, Ed Suarez of Gustafson Design, will be at the Council meeting to <br />describe these proposals. <br />4
