if <br />Report and at no time shall the 10% contribution be a negative number, (i.e. <br />the licensed operation loses money on operation in a given month the 10% <br />contribution shall be $0.00). <br />915.7 - REPORTING REQUIREMENTS <br />1. Every organization licensed to conduct gambling in the City of Long Lake <br />shall file with the City Clerk copies of the Monthly State Gambling Report and <br />Schedule C required to be filed with the Minnesota Lawful Gambling Control <br />Board pursuant to Minn. Stat. Ch. 349. The records and reports shall be due <br />at the same time they are due to the Gambling Control Board. The City of <br />Long Lake shall file all State or Federal reports necessary. <br />2. Every organization licensed to conduct gambling in the City of Long Lake <br />shall file with the City Clerk an annual summary report of lawful purpose <br />expenditures of gambling profits no later than January 30 of each year. <br />3. Organizations conducting gambling activities in other communities as well as <br />Long Lake shall segregate the gross receipts, expenses, profits, and <br />expenditures of profits from the Long Lake operation. <br />4. A semi-annual report of the expenditures for lawful purpose gambling within <br />the trade area shall be provided to the City Clerk on or before July 2 and <br />February 2 of each year. <br />915.8-PENALTY <br />Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor. <br />915.9 - EFFECTIVE DATE OF ORDINANCE <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect after its passage and <br />publication as provided by law. <br />Adopted this 4*^ day of January 2000 <br />By: <br />Michael Bash, Mayor <br />i
