WWW <br />III.Any reason which would justify the Minnesota Gambling <br />Control Board in denying an application for a license. <br />2. No Premises Permit or Renewal Will Be Approved Unless : <br />A. The organization is conducting the lawful gambling on the premises of <br />a church, a fraternal, veterans, or other nonprofit organization, or on <br />the premises of an on<sale liquor licensee of the City of Long Lake. <br />B. Unless all of the following requirements are met: <br />I.The physical site for the organization's headquarters or the <br />registered business office of the organization is located <br />within the City of Long Lake or a city contiguous to the City <br />of Long Lake for at least two years immediately preceding <br />the application for a license or: <br />II.The organization has at least 15 members that are residents <br />of the City of Long Lake trade area. <br />•m w w <br />III.This requirement may be waived for an existing licensed <br />organization which does not comply with this requirement (i) <br />and (ii) if approved by the City Council at the time of the <br />Premises Permit renewal. <br />915.6 - DISTRIBUTION OF PROCEEDS <br />1. During any year that an eligible organization is licensed to conduct lawful <br />gambling, no less than 75% of its lawful purpose expenditures shall be for <br />lawful purposes conducted or located within the City of Long Lake trade area. <br />The City of Long Lake trade area is defined as the city limits of the City of <br />Long Lake and the contiguous City of Orono. <br />2. During any year that an eligible organization is licensed to conduct lawful <br />gambling, such organization shall contribute 10% of the net profit derived <br />from <br />lawful gambling within the City to a fund administered and regulated by the <br />City of Long Lake, without cost to such fund, for disbursement by Long Lake <br />of the receipts for lawful purposes.
