On July 23,2001, the owner of the subject property was <br />granted the variances and since a building permit was not requested within one year of the variance <br />approval the variance has expired. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Staf)'recommends approval of the variance renewal subject to the conditions as approved by the <br />Orono Cit>' Council in the resohition approving the variance in 2001, including; <br />•the accessory building shall be completed and a final inspection approved prior to issuing any <br />permits to penriit the house to be moved and/or remodeled. <br />•All other accessory building (except for approved garage) shall be removed prior to issuance of <br />any permits for relocation of the house. <br />Planning Commission: <br />Planning Commission recommended by a 7 to 0 vote to: <br />To approve application as presented.
