PUMPING AGREEMENT FOR HOLDING TANK <br />I/We,do hereby acknowledge that a holding tank <br />(Name(s) of Owners) <br />located on the property with the address of625 Deborah Dr. Shall be installed for connection to <br />garage only, and must be in compliance with the City of the Orono Municipal Septic Code. The <br />holding tank shall be allowed for bathroom facilities only. The garage will not have any <br />laundry or shower/tub facilities. The garage does not qualify from the Zoning Code or Building <br />Code to be used as a guest house or dwelling unit. Each time the alarm goes off, the tank must <br />be pumped by a licensed pumping contractor and we must receive documentation that they were <br />pumped. The owner acknowledges that pumpouts by anyone other than a licensed pumping <br />contractor is a violation of city code.
