The garage is located at an elevation and distance where hooking into the <br />existing septic system is not technically feasible. The sewage from the garage will only be from a <br />bathroom fiuility. The garage does not qualify from the Zoning Code or Building Code to be used <br />as a guest house or dwelling unit. A pumping agri.*ement must be signed stating that the holding <br />tank will be pumped only by a licensed pumper as soon as the alarm sounds.
