Draft 10/22/02 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br />FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT NO. 3 <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL PROPERTIES OF ORONO, INC. <br />- FILE #2843 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter “City Council ”) has <br />adopted land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within <br />the City; and <br />WHEREAS, Professional Properties of Orono, Inc, (“the Applicants”) have a <br />pending purchase agreement (need to execute this as a condition of this approv^ resolution taking <br />effect) for property owned by the City of Orono located at 2765 Kelley Parkway an>l legally <br />described as: <br />Lot I, Block 1, Willow Properties Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br />(hereinafter the “Property ”); and <br />WHEREAS, the Applicants additionally have an interest via executed purchase <br />agreement (provide a copy for City files) for property located at 2745 Kelley Parkway and legally <br />described as: <br />Lot 1, Block 2, City of Orono Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br />(hereinafter the “Adjacent Parcel”); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application by the Applicants for <br />development by the Platmed Unit Development (PUD) process of the Property and a portion of the <br />Adjacent Parcel; and <br />WHEREAS, on September 9,2002 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 4680 <br />granting General Concept Plan Approval for the proposed development, which approval includes <br />Page 1 of 7
