Long Lake is about to sell the property to <br />Lundgren Brothers, based on a plan to construct 13 single family homes on the property. The Orono <br />Council has previously iqrprov^ the concept plan for this development. The City of Long Lake has <br />approved the flnal plat and development plans. <br />Prior to closing on the property, Lundgren Brothers has requested that the City of Orono adopt a <br />resolution approving the final plat and final development plans, including the potential modification <br />of the grading plan at Lot I Block I to permit the inclusion of an earth berm approximately five feet <br />in height to replace the plaiuied retaining wall and to provide for enhanced screening between the <br />Fleming Trail Addition and the residential parcels on Orono Oaks Drive. A resolution approving <br />the final plat and final development plans is attached, along with materials related to the final plat <br />and firud development plans. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to adopt the attached resolution approving the Fleming Trail Addition final plat and final <br />development plans. <br />( <br />ii <br />I
