Such removals shall be completed <br />simultaneously with the finished landscaping work. <br />2. To reduce the impact of drainage from the new addition gutters shall be installed that will <br />direct water from the south side of the house towards the lake and not directly at the <br />neighbor. The neighbors house is lower than the applicant ’s house which has a potential <br />impact if the drainage swale would not handle all the runoff. <br />Staff Rcconncndatioa: <br />Staff recommends approval of the application based on the findings and conditions as noted in the <br />Planning Commission recommendation. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />1 <br />Motion to adopt the resolution approving a hardcover variance to permit S.SSS s.f. of hardcover <br />fora 19 ’ X 28 ’ residential addition.
