Qty of Orono <br />Dear Applicant <br />This letter is to inform the property owner and City of Qreenwood that after <br />reviewing a brief project desertydon for the location cit^ above, it appears that the <br />project will require permits firom the Minnehaha Creek Waierdted District Once the <br />project design is finalized, MCWD encourages you to submit an ^rplicadon as soon <br />as possible. Projects of tids nature will require qiproval of the MCWD Board of <br />Managers which typically ranges between 30-4S days. Delays in submitals Mill <br />ultimately result in project delays. <br />Please consult MCWD Rules for guidance on the required exhibits to be submitted <br />with an applicadon. hi addidon to the iteau included in the District Rules, the <br />following bulleted items must be submitted as a part of this specific project <br />applicadon: <br />• Rule A: Procedural Requirements <br />1. Submit address labels obtained from Hennepin County which cite the <br />names and addresses of all of the property owners who reside within 600 feet <br />of the project area <br />2. Nodficadon of tqiproval or prrlimjnary approval from the Gty Council or <br />Planning Commission <br />• Rule B: Erosion Control <br />1. Plan must state with detail vegetation and stabilizadon will occur within <br />48 hours of completed grading <br />2. An erosion control plan must be submitted with this application. This <br />includes indication of silt fence and all other necessary erosion control <br />measures, which nuist be placed on all downhill slopes in areas where <br />grading will occur. <br />• Rule D: Wetland Protecdon <br />1.
