§ 10.03 <br />2. Tlie street yaidofdie back lot shall be adequately screened by <br />fencing or vegetation at the discretion of die City; so as to eliminate intrusion of vehicle headlights <br />into the side or rear yards of adjacent lots. <br />E.Standards for accessory structures. Accessory structures shall adhere <br />to all requirements of the zoning code, with the follov^ing additional requirements: <br />1. ..
