The applicant has not built the approved residence and wishes to
make two changes to the approved plan. The applicant is still proposing to construct a two
bedroom/two bath home with a one stall *'tuck underi ’ garage space.
The changes the applicant is proposing to the approved plan are:
1 . Shift the residence on the west side from 8.5 feet to 7.5 feet from the property line -
Straightening out the residence to run parallel with the property line versus having it run
parallel with the lake shore angle.
2. Add 65 square feet to the front of the house by adding a 4.5 foot prow, “v-shape ” glass
point on the lakeside of the residence. The 4.5’ extension will be from the center of the
front of the house and angle back to each side.
#020113 Mark Welch
362S North Shore Drive
8/15/2002
Page I of3
