COUNCIL OPTIONS FOR ACTION <br />A.To approve the variances as requested per the revised site plan, allowing the house to be <br />constructed into the driveway area. <br />B. <br />w~ <br />To approve the plan as recommended by the Planning Commission. This option <br />approves essentially the same site plan as the February, 2002 variarive with the only <br />change being the I ’ shifting of the southwest comer of the house. <br />Approval shall be subject to the following conditions, which are restated from the required <br />conditions in Resolution No. 4763: <br />«) <br />b) <br />c) <br />d) <br />e) <br />Drainage and Utility easements shall be provided 10* along the north property line <br />and S' along the interior property lines. <br />The existing shed and all hardcover proposed for removal is completed prior to a <br />final inspection. <br />Gravel shall be removed from the parking area to leave a minimum 3' setback to the <br />property line. <br />Final drainage plans shall be reviewed by the City Engineer to ensure drainage is <br />properly directed. <br />Property owners shall retain the arborvitae hedge along the west lot line. <br />C.To deny the variances and allow the variances approved in February to be the standard <br />for the new construction. <br />D.Other Action <br />Staff Rccommcodation <br />Staff recommends option B. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Approval per option B.
