By conipannE histone aenal photos (see <br />Figures^ the site has only developed wetland characteristics since the construction of Kellev Blvd a nd the city hall to the naith <br />/after 1991V This construction disturbance appears to have changed the drai nage of the area.--------------------------------- <br />(attach additknal ptfcs if Deeded) <br />Timeuble: nmiect will begin on / / (mo/day/yr) and will be completed by J___f. <br />The wetland activity at the above site qualifies for the following under the Wetland Conservation Act (WCA) (check one): <br />No Loss Determination (attach plans) <br />Exemption # Subo. 5 (per MN Rule Chapter 8420.0122) (Note: Applicant is responsible for submitting the <br />proof necessary to show qualification for the exemption claimed.) <br />Description of Exemption Claimed: <br />Wetland: This site did not exhibit wetland characteristics until after 1991 . when the road and ciiyhajhj^^e <br />built to the north. Previous years of aerial photos show active agriculture with no indication of wetlands. There is an <br />area of hvdric soils mapped, but no NWl appears on the site. <br />APPLICANT SIGNATURE <br />The information provided for this determination is truthful and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
