The areas of issue were:
1) Kelley Parkway width and design
2) Interior roadway system widths and design
3) Location and design of trails and sidewalks
4) Design of main entrance to residential development
5) Pedestrian safety in relation to the ‘roundabout’
Staff and the developer have reached resolution on each of these topics, as follows:
♦ Kelley Parkway will be 32' in width (face of curb/face of curb) with approximately 25 on
street parking spaces along the north side of the roadway in 8* bump-outs. The bump-outs
will be designed and landscaped to provide a parkway character while remaining as
maintenance-friendly as possible.
