ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING ^ <br />MONDAY, AUGUST 12,2002 . .^cri..'5 <br />ROLL 2 6 2002 <br />CITY Oh O h O(vo <br />The Council met on the above-mentioned date with the following members present: Acting <br />Mayor Bob Sansevere, Council Members Jay Nygaid, Jim White, and Jim Murphy. <br />R^resenting staff were City Administrator Ron Moorse, Planning Director Mike Gaffion, <br />City Attorney Tom Barrett, Zoning Administrator Wendy Bottenberg, City Engineer Tom <br />Kellogg, Public Services Director Greg Gappa, and Recorder Alissa Wintemheimer. <br />Mayor Barbara Peterson was absent. <br />Acting Mayor Sansevere called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. Approvc/Amend <br />Items 8,12, IS, and 19 were added to the Consent Agenda. <br />Murphy moved, and Sansevere seconded, to approve the consent agenda as <br />amended. <br />Vote: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />*2. Regular Connell Meeting of July 22,2002 <br />Murphy moved, and Sansevere seconded, to approve the Minutes of the Reeular <br />Council Meeting of July 22,2002. <br />Vote: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />OATH OF OFFICE <br />3.
