What is known as the Dumas property, which lies west of and a^ts Old C^al <br />Bay Road will alio be included In these analyses as will the roadway system that abuts Willow <br />Road to the east. <br />The study becomes necessary for purposes of examining the roadway system in the study mu <br />due to increased development activity and to devise a roadway system that will accommodate <br />near term and long-term land use conditions In Ihls'sludy area. <br />Pursuant to our meeting on July 25. which consisted of a discussion of issiie.s that needed to be <br />addres.scd, we have prepared the following suggested Scope of Work for this project. <br />yoaamaoudi IwaB of W.•J I <br />Task 1 - Data Collectlon/Flcld Reeonnalaaancc <br />We will collect, from the City. County and State any data that is available and appropnate for <br />this study. We will visit the site in order to view existing traffic operations on the areas primary <br />roadway system. If additional traffic counts are deemed necessary, wc will conduct those counu <br />wi a pan of this study. <br />Task 2 - Intersection Analyses <br />There ore sis intersections that will be analyzed u a pan of this study. Analysis will include intersection level of <br />service calculations. Future conditions will be based upon year 2015 volume projections <br />prepared as a part of the Highway 12 improvement project.
