Such recommendation is based on the following conditions: <br />1.All prelimin^ grading and driveway plans shall be approved by the City Engineer prioi <br />to placing this application on the City Council agenda for preliminary plat approval. <br />2.Review of the proposed access location for Outlot A by Hennepin County is required <br />prior to City Council approval of the preliminary plat. <br />3.Standard drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated on the final plat over all <br />wetlands, wetland mitigation areas, 5' along all interior property lines and 10* alone all <br />exterior property lines. * <br />4.
