City of Orono; Brad Pass <br />Michael Wyatt, District Technidan <br />Permits for 250 North Shore Drive West <br />This manno is designed to inform the City of Orono and the property <br />owner at 250 North Shore Drive West in the City of Orono that fnvn <br />the current proposal, the project proposed at the location stated above <br />appears to require permits fi^ the Minnehaha Creek Watershed <br />District. Due to the size of the project, it Is apparent that the new <br />home construction will involve the significant amount of excavation <br />(5000 ft.^ or 50 ft’) required for the MCWD Rule B: Erosion Control <br />permit In addition, there appear to be wetland impacts from the <br />construction of a driveway access. Permits for such construction will <br />require Board of Managers approval. Applications such as these <br />typicany require 30-45 days prior to pemnits being Issued. <br />Please submit an application for this project for District review as soon <br />as possible. Delays in submittals will ultimately delay the project <br />timeline.
