The current owners are petitioning to have their land subdivided. The <br />newgiaper notice doesn’t qtecify what their intent is as Cu as developing this properQr. We were <br />concerned to sec that it seems that they intend to leave a 5 acre parcel vacant, as a ’’conservation area”, <br />per the Ulcer. We would like to offer our obsen-ations of w hat th^ seem to consider ”consetvation” to <br />be. Tor the past several weeks, almost every single day, there are several people visiting this property to <br />ride their minibikes and ATVs around in circles on this property for literally hours at a rimg, both during <br />the week and c^ecially on weekends. This land now has a clearly ripped up trail running through. So <br />therefore, before your votes are cast, we just thought we’d make sure you knew what of <br />“conservation” is going on here • obnoxiously loud noise, air pollution and shredded land <br />Sure it is private property and thqr can do what they want with it. but in our opinion thQT are not <br />demonstrating that t^ are the land of property owners and neighbors who deserve aity special fovors. <br />Sincerely <br />Lisa and Tom Buettner
