The <br />subdivider shall be advised as soon as Assessor’s report has been filed with City. Park <br />dedication fee shall be based on 8% of the fair market value of the land, maximum park <br />dedication fee shall not exceed $5,300 per lot based on the 2002 fee schedule. Park Fees are <br />due for Lots 1 and 2. <br />Storm Water and Drainage Trunk Fee: amount is determined by number of acres being <br />developed (8.86) X $2,700 per acre = $23.922. Outlot B is not being developed and is not <br />being charged a Storm Water and Drainage Trunk Fee.
