EnckMed is the necesMry Certificate of General Liability Insurance naming the city <br />and its agents as additional insureds, for your review. In addition, The Narrows will <br />be responsible for notifying the City if insurance is cancelled. The Narrows Dram <br />Shop coverage will extend to event sales. <br />Included in permit submittal is a copy of a letter that is being delivered to neighbors <br />on Lyric. Livingston. Crystal Place, Blaine. Navarre Avenue. Olive Avenue and <br />Bayvlew, notifying them of the event <br />I am also Including a copy of the letter sent to Chief of Police.
