The following conditions have been placed on the Navarre Dog Days of Summer event: <br />• This special event permit is subject to immediate revocation by the Orono Police <br />Department upon violation of any City Ordinances, alcohol violations, or <br />identification of hazards to safety of the public. <br />«• Public event parking limited to Navarre Municipal Parking Lot. All vehicles to be <br />legally parked; illegally parked vehicles may be towed. <br />• Signage to be allowed as follows: <br />► Two signs to be located on private property only at the intersections of <br />County Roads 15 and 19; must have property owner ’s permission. <br />► Signs to be placed low and so as not to impact traffic visibility; relocation of <br />signs will be required if City concludes any hazards to traffic e.xist. <br />Size not to exceed 10 square feet. <br />Signs may be posted no more than 10 days prior to the event. <br />Permit holder is responsible for removing all signs at the end of the event. <br />Parade route for participants and their pets will be from the Navarre Park to <br />D’Vinci’s with a turnaround and back to the Navarre Park; route will cross L>Tic <br />Avenue and follow sidewalks along County Roads 19 and 15. Participants to stay on <br />sidewalk during the parade. <br />Children’s activities will take place in the Navarre Park from approximately 10:00 <br />a.m. to 2:00 p.m. <br />Live music to be allowed from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. only in the fenced area on the <br />property behind the Narrows Saloon. <br />Temporary outdoor sales of beer to be allowed only in the fenced area on the property <br />behind the Narrows Saloon on the day of the event with the following restrictions. <br />► Outdoor beer sales and possession allowed only between the hours of 4:00 <br />p.m. and 8:00 p.m. in the fenced area. <br />► Access to outdoor beer area to be controlled and accessed only through the <br />bar area. People cannot walk off freely with drink in-hand. <br />► ID s to be checked with an “under 35 years of age ” standard. One person <br />must be assigned to check ID’s of people entering the bar area. <br />► Alternative non-alcoholic beverages must be available. <br />The Narrows Saloon to provide insurance to cover outdoor activities and Dram Shop <br />coverage to include outdoor activities. City to be notified if insurance is changed or <br />cancelled prior to event. <br />Notice given to all area residents regarding the ev-ent activities, hours, live music, and <br />opportunity to voice concerns with the City. <br />Written consent of all adjoining property* owners. <br />Cleanup after the event to include the neighborhood as well as the parking lot area. <br />Contact Officer John Schoenhoff at 952-249-2024 of the Orono Police Department <br />to determine if police reserves are available. <br />2750 Kelley Parkway, P.O.
