The developer made presentations of the proposal <br />to the Park Commission on May 6 and to the Council and Planning Commission at a w ork session <br />on May 14. The developer has also held one or more neighborhood meetings in the area to acquaint <br />the public with this proposal. The initial formal public review occurred at the Planning Commission <br />on May 20, 2002. Planning Commission limited its recommendation action to the broad concept <br />issues related to the proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendment.
