As the meeting length increases, particularly if due to extended discussion of complex issues, the amount of time required to compose and edit the minutes increases substantially. The composition and editing of minutes generally takes two hours for each hour of meeting time. To reflect this workload, it is recommended the fee schedule be increased substantially for longer meeting times.
