ORDINANCE NO., SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 5 OF THE ORONO MUNICIPAL CODE <br />BY AMENDING SECTION 5.30, SUBDIVISION 3H, <br />PROVIDING FOR EXTENSIONS TO THE lO-DAY LIMIT <br />FOR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSES <br />The City Council of Orono ordains as follows: <br />Sectioo I. Municipal Code Chapter 5, Section 5.30, Subdivision 3(H) is hereby amended <br />by deleting the existing language of Subdivision 3(H) and inserting the following language: <br />“H. A transient merchant will initially be licensed for a maximum of 10 days per calendar <br />year. The City Council at its sole discretion may grant an extension for up to SO additional <br />days per calendar year upon application for an extension." <br />Section 2. Adoption and Publication. This ordinance shall be published in The Pioneer and <br />The Laker newspapers and shall become effective immediately upon publication. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota on this 1 3th day of May, 2002 by a vote <br />of 4 ayes and 0 nays. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
