Pnig/Fclonv Forfeiture Fund This fund typically has no revenue or expenditures <br />budgeted as the amount of either is subject to wide fluctuation. The revenues <br />during 2001 were for fines, $100; and interest income from the investment pool of <br />$1,610. Those two items are the revenue budget amendments. <br />Affordable Housing Grant/l.oan Fund This fund was established during 2001, and <br />is to provide funding assistance for affordable housing to applicants who meet the <br />program requirements. The City receives funds from the Met Council, <br />Community Development Block Grant, and the State. For 2001 there was <br />$64,000 available. As this is the first year the fund has existed, there were no <br />budgets prepared.
