QUITCLAIM DEED <br />STATE DEED TAX DUE HEREON: $ <br />Date:. <br />C.S. 2713 (12s10)903 <br />Parcel 92C <br />County of Hennepin <br />For a valuable consideration, City of Orono, a municipal corporation under the laws of the state <br />of Minnesota, Grantor, hereby conveys and quitclaims to the State of Minnesota, Grantee, real <br />property in Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />That part of Tract A described below: <br />Tract A. Lot 3. Block 1, ORONO OAKS, according to the plat thereof on file and of record <br />in the office of the County Recorder in and for Hennepin County. Minnesota; the <br />title thereto being registered Os evidenced by CertiFicate of Title No. 777974; <br />which lies northeasterly of Line 1 described below: <br />Unel.Commencing at the south quarter comer of Section 35, Township 116 North, <br />Range 23 West; thence run northerly on an azimuth of 358 degrees 38 minutes 07 <br />seconds along the north and south quarter line of said Section 35 for 919.05 feet, <br />thence on an azimuth of 293 degrees 21 minutes 12 seconds for 109.29 feet; <br />thence on an azimuth of 340 degrees 58 minutes 42 seconds for 42.55 feet; then <br />northwesterly for 212.56 feet on a non-tangential curve, concave to the southwest <br />having a radius of 11405.94 feet, a delta angle of 01 degrees 04 minutes 04 <br />seconds and a chord azimuth of 295 degrees 27 minutes 35 seconds; thence on <br />an azimuth of 250 degrees 12 minutes 26 seconds for 22.94 feet; thence on an <br />azimuth of 295 degrees 31 minutes 50 seconds for 174.61 feet to the point of <br />beginning of Line 1 to be described; thence on an azimuth of 339 degrees 02 <br />minutes 04 seconds for 17.92 feet; thence northwesterly for 954.69 feet on an non- <br />tangential curve, concave to the southwest, having a radius of 11405.94 feet, a <br />delta angle of 04 degrees 47 minutes 45 seconds and a chord azimuth of 291 <br />degrees 30 minutes 16 seconds and there terminating; <br />together with an easement in perpetuity for a retaining wall over the following described strip, the <br />owners to retain the right to use said lands for any purpose not inconsistent with the purpose for <br />which this land is acquired: <br />A strip being that part of Tract A hereinbefore described, adjoining and southwesterly of the <br />above described strip, which lies northeasterly of a line run parallel with and distant 10 feet <br />southwesterly of Line 1 described above; <br />also the right to use the following described strip for highway purposes, which right shall cease <br />on December 1,2007, or on such earlier date upon which the Commissioner of Transportation <br />determines by formal order that it is no longer needed for highway purposes: <br />Page 1 of 2
