The final amount of the contract shall be determined by multiplying the final measured quantities of the various items actually constructed and installed by the unit prices therefore, in the manner prescribed in the specifications, the low bidder shall be determined by adding the sums resulting from multiplying the quantifies stated by the unit prices bid therefore.
