Based on your input since my December letter, wc arc enclosing our revised hourly <br />rates for our seiA-ices. to be effective January 1, 2002. <br />We strive to strike a balance between keeping our hourly rates as low as possible while maintaining our <br />commitment to keeping staff and technical capabilities innovative and efficient. The municipal billing rate <br />for individuals will vary based on experience and the value they bring to the client. In addition, wc have a <br />small surcharge for computer time to cover additional costs for software licensing. This will not apply to <br />design work completed under a fee percentage of construction. <br />We have also enclosed a rate schedule for private developer work, which is higher because of the <br />additional liability involved with the design and inspection of private utilities. <br />I trust you will find that our rates are competitive in the industry.
