/ <br />A RESOLUTION TO DECLARE THAT THE <br />PART-TIME POSITION HELD BY <br />JOSH A. ARNESON <br />IS THAT OF A POLICE OFFICER <br />WHEREAS, that Public Employees Retirement Association Police and Fire Fund <br />excludes part-time police officers unless resolution is adopted by the governing body to establish <br />eligibility for coverage in the Police and Fire Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota that effective upon sucessful completion of the part time <br />license test the position Josh Adam Ameson holds is that of a police officer as defined in <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 353.64, Subdivision 2, pursuant to which said employee shall <br />become a member of the Public Employees Retirement Association Police and Fire Fund. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held April 22,2002. <br />ATTEST.Barbara Peterson, Mayor <br />Linda S.
