Section 10.20, Subd. 3(U)(1): Guest Houses: A separate dwelling constructed on an existing <br />undivided lot for the sole use of the occupants of the principal buildings , including their <br />domestic employees or their non-paying guests. All regular lot requirements shall be met by the <br />guest house. <br />2. Section 10.20, Subd. 3(Q); Accessory Building-Plumbing: Installation of any combination <br />of fi.xtures requiring wastewater plumbing that includes a toilet, shower or bathtub shall be <br />allowed only in an accessory building that is conforming in location, size and height. <br />3. Section 10.22, Subd. 1 (B):Average Lakeshore Setback: No principal or accessory' structure <br />shall be located closer to the lakeshore than the average distance from the shoreline of existing <br />residence buildings on adjacent lots. <br />4.
