The variances approved additions to the e.xisting residence and <br />adding 3 to 4 courses of block under the e.xisting house to raise the ceiling height of the walkout <br />level of the house. The approval was required to permit expansion of the existing house located <br />within the 75* lakeshore setback. The variances expired one year from the date of approval, October 12, 1993. <br />The intent is to complete the additions in stages with the raising of the house to occur first.
