^•1 <br />PLANNING COMMISSION:f <br />The Planning Commission recommended by a 4 to 2 vote to: <br />The majority camp supported keepin*' the deck and shed wth the following conditions: <br />1. Allow the 216 s.f. deck to remain. <br />2. Allow the shed to remain as a lock box. The shed would need to be cut down to meet the 20 s.f. <br />in area and no higher than 48 inches by code. <br />3. Paint the lock box brown to blend in with the environment. <br />4. The roof over the deck shall be removed. <br />5. The applicant is notified that the deck is nonconforming and if it needs to be repaired it will have <br />to be brought into conformity. <br />The minority camp was in agreement with all of the above, except the deck should be reduced in <br />size, possibly to the same width as the dock. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />To approve the enclosed resolution which reflects the majority recommendation of the Planning <br />Commission. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To adopt or amend the enclosed resolution. <br />Ml ■■ annAi !■>
